The Restaurant Show (3-5 October 2016) is a unique trade event in London that caters for the needs of those
owning and working in restaurants, hotels, dining pubs and catering companies across the UK. Now in its 28th year, it is the leading event in its sector and it welcomed over over 10.000 visitors . Suppliers use the event to promote their new products and services to the industry. The event is also fundamental for students because it gives them the opportunity to meet professionals from the industry and the chance to be inspired by a range of new and existing products such as equipment, food and beverages. The Restaurant Show also features a number of live demonstrations from chefs, and talks from industry experts so enriched the students with a vast amount of knowledge, technique and inspiration as well as giving them an insight into the fast paced world of hospitality, looking at innovative practices and employability skills.
Between many exhibitors you can find also Italian exhibitors and products as for example Parmigiano Reggiano, that is the King of Cheeses, the product is made today as it was nine centuries ago and in the same region of Emilia Romagna, and Joe Delucci‘s, the ice cream produced in Turin uses only the finest natural ingredients from around the world to create what is widely regarded as the most remarkable Italian ice cream.
